The Challenge

Founded in 1760, Creed is a privately held luxury fragrance dynasty serving the discerning public and distinguished leaders in every field. We leveraged our ability to scent digital and social trends to position Creed more prominently and increase awareness of the brand’s new website and e-commerce platform.

The Work

Both fine perfumes and effective campaigns have carefully constructed layers. Our groundwork, or base notes, included creating, moderating, and managing the digital foundation for content execution and activation. To form the heart notes, we amplified social conversations by sharing the compelling House of Creed story. Our top notes consisted of developing awareness of events, sales, and insider opportunities, channeling our exclusive blend of social media intelligence and a custom-designed influencer program.

The Results

Few things are more enjoyable than the sweet smell of success—except for Creed’s line of distinctive fragrances. We’re fortunate that we were able to experience a little of both:

  • 15.8 million impressions
  • 780.5K web traffic

If we could bottle one highlight from this activation, it would be this: after working with Firebrand Group, Creed’s e-commerce sales now exceed sales on-site.
